In this painting, the Albert Bierstadt depicts the distant view of Chimney Rock. The artist illustrates this far view of the rock from the red indian village of ‘Ohalilah Sioux’. The Chimney Rock is portrayed in the background of this painting. In the foreground we can see this beautiful Red Indian village in detail. You’ll see the homes of the villagers… two Red Indians riding on horsebacks crossing the river and some village children playing on the river bank.
Albert Bierstadt completed this painting in 1860. It is now exhibited in Colby College Museum of Art, United States.
This artwork is printed on 300 gsm card paper with imported long lasting inks. You can select the different print styles: One with white spacing and other without it. It’s also laminated using a special matte finish film to protect the print from dust and other environmental factors.
